FRESH TOMATO SALSA

4-6 tomatoes, chopped
2-4 cloves garlic
3-6 sprigs cilantro
3 sprigs parsley
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. flax oil
2-4 hot peppers
1 6 ounce can tomato paste
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1 tsp. paprika
Combine all, blend some in food processor if desired. Makes 2 cups
