Pita Chips
Pita chips
1 serving
1 whole-wheat pita bread
olive oil (facultative)
salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc. (facultative)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Halve the pita and cut it in triangles.
If desired, brush one side of the pita with olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite seasonings.
Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake about 10 minutes or until crispy and lightly golden.

This is also REALLY good if you do it with cinnamon and sugar - yum!
