Lentil Burgers

2 cups cooked lentils
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 onion, grated
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
whole wheat flour
3 tbsp. oil
Mash lentils lightly. Add bread crumbs, wheat germ, salt, onion, and celery seeds. mix well. Form the mixture into 8 patties. Coat with flour. heat the oil in a skillet and fry the patties on both sides until browned. Serve as is, or in burger buns with your favorite garnishes.
