1 1/2 cups diced pears
1/2 cup low fat peach yogurt
1/2 cup pear nectar
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
2-5 ice cubes
Combine in blender until smooth
a blog for vegetarians & vegans. Things i have learned or come across that i find interesting or yummy!
