BASIL PESTO

1 cup tightly packed basil leaves
1 cup tightly packed parsley leaves
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan
1/4 tsp. salt
Puree all ingredients. Freeze in tightly covered container. To use, toss a few tbsp. with cooked pasta. Makes 3/4 cup.
