PEANUT BUTTER CUPS


1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond...)
3/4 cup graham crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup nuts, chopped (your choice)
12 cupcake liners
In a small saucepan on medium heat, melt margarine. Once liquid, stir in nut butter, graham crumbs and sugar until incorporated. Spoon about 2 tbsp. of this mixture into muffin tins lined with paper liners. In a separate saucepan on medium heat. Melt chocolate and milk until melted. Stir often. Spoon over peanut butter cups. Garnish with chopped nuts and let sit in fridge 6-8 hours. Makes 12.
